Killian-Claus gouge or Osteotome or chisel is a orthopedic/plastic surgery instrument used in nasal reconstructive procedures. The angled bayonet shaft eases access to the surgical field so the surgeon can visualize the tip of the tip of the instrument inside the nasal cavity.
The sharp V-shaped tip of Killian-Claus Osteotome (similar to the Ballenger) helps remove septal spurs.
